Do I have to be thin and in-shape to take pole dancing classes? |

Not at all! Pole dancing classes are for EVERY woman, regardless of her size, shape or age. |

Any woman who wants to feel good about herself! Whether simply looking for a fun new way to tone up and get into shape, or you're ready to release that little vixen within.... it all happens at Pole Time Studio! |

What is the class size? |

The classes are kept small... 4 to 5 students per class, so each student can have her own pole! |

Is there any "stripping" or nudity? |
| A. |
No! There is no nudity...and the only stripping we do is of our inhibitions. |

What do I wear to class? |
| A. |
Work-out wear and bare feet. Think Yoga or Pilates. Do not wear jewelry (rings or watches) and do not use lotions or creams before class, as they will impede your grip on the pole. |

How do I sign up? |

Go to our Schedule page to see our class schedule. You can then either sign up online or call us at (925) 212-1044. All classes must be preregistered and prepaid. |

Can I do a drop-in? |
| A. |
No. Unfortunately we do not allow drop-ins, but you can call us at (925) 212-1044 to see if there is still availability. If the class is not full, you may sign up over the phone. Payment would be due before the class begins. |

I don't see a class time that works for me! Now what? |
| A. |
Email us and tell us what time DOES work for you! We are always adding new classes to the schedule and we would love to hear your requests. You can also create your own class! Just get 3-5 friends together (minimum class size is 3, maximum is 5), and we'll work with you to set a date and time that works for everyone!

I want to buy a pole! Do you sell them? |

Yes! We sell the Lil Mynx removable poles (our preferred pole!) at our studio! We carry the standard 8-10ft black poles for $254 (plus tax). All other colors, including stainless steel, we can special order! We can also special order longer
poles for ceilings up to 11ft. |
